Propix Business Terms:
Propix Photo Studios is a small operation with limited cash resources and, as such, speedy settlement of all bills is required.
On any photo shoot, my invoice can be broken down into three sections.
- Planning (1/3)
- Shoot (1/3)
- Post shoot (1/3)
Most of the work of any photo shoot is taken up in the planning stages. This is where our objectives are clearly laid out & prop/costume/location requirements identified. I request a 1/3rd deposit, in good faith, at the start of this stage. Note that a revised quote may need to be prepared once the detailed planning is complete.
A further 1/3rd once the shoot is "in the bag." Film and developing costs are high in Australia and these suppliers offer limited credit terms.
The final 1/3rd will be due once the post shoot requirements have been met and the final image submissions have been made.
